By using KortPro you accept these terms.
1The service
KortPro is an app for recording tennis matches, connecting with rivals, proposing matches and organising tournaments. The service is provided "as is"; it is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
2Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. You may not open an account on someone else's behalf or impersonate anyone. Your display name may not be misleading or offensive to others.
3Content you upload and enter
You are responsible for the content you enter, such as profile photos, tournament photos, display names, tournament names, match notes and court names. The following are strictly prohibited:
- nudity, sexual content or obscenity,
- violence, gore, self-harm,
- hate speech, discrimination, insults, harassment or threats,
- photos of someone else, or images taken without a person's permission,
- images protected by copyright that you have no right to use,
- any kind of unlawful content.
KortPro has zero tolerance for such content and for users who behave in these ways.
4Tournaments
The person who creates a tournament (the organiser) is responsible for its name, its photo and how it is run. The organiser can correct match results and award walkovers. Objections to results go to the organiser first.
5Moderation, reporting and blocking
Profile and tournament photos are checked automatically before they go live. You can report a photo you find inappropriate from the app, and block a user who bothers you. Reports are reviewed; content that breaks the rules is removed. Misusing the report feature also breaks these terms.
6Enforcement
We may remove content that breaks these terms without prior notice, and suspend or close the account of a user who repeats a breach or commits a serious one. Unlawful content is reported to the competent authorities.
7Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time under Profile → Delete account. What is deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.
8Limitation of liability
The accuracy of match records and tournament results rests with the users who enter them. KortPro is not responsible for disputes between users or for matches arranged outside the app.
9Privacy
How your personal data is processed is described in the KortPro Privacy Policy: kortpro.app/en/privacy
10Changes
We may update these terms. We announce important changes in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
